- If there is any issue with your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible  
- Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website or at checkout.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), which means payment is made when your order is delivered.

Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

Prices and offers may change from time to time.

We work to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

- Delivery times are estimated and may vary

Because of the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order  
- Send us a clear photo of the issue via WhatsApp or email  
- Once reviewed and approved, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund
