At Fix it, we work hard to prepare and ship your order quickly and smoothly.

## Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and handed over for delivery as soon as possible.

## Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 1–4 business days across Lebanon.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, or courier delays.

## Cash on Delivery
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Please make sure:

- Your phone number is correct  
- Your delivery address is complete and accurate  
- Someone is available to receive and pay for the order  

## Shipping Delays
While we always do our best to deliver on time, delays may sometimes happen due to circumstances outside our control.

If your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

## Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

## Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and send us a clear photo via WhatsApp or email.

If approved, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
